Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. The property also has private parking for your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
Our home's fantastic location on a main road means you're just minutes from everything, but it also means you can expect to hear some road noise, which is most noticeable during daytime hours. Additionally, we believe in being good neighbors. The gentleman next door is a kind, older resident who has lived here for many years and is an avid collector of antiques and other "old treasures," which are visible in his yard. We ask that you please be respectful of his property and privacy. While his property has a different aesthetic than ours, we respect his space and privacy.
Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located just off E Harbor Drive with quick access to Highway 101, making it easy to explore the entire Oregon Coast. Private parking is available on-site, and most attractions are just a short drive away, including Astoria in five minutes, Fort Stevens State Park in eight minutes, Seaside in seventeen minutes, and Long Beach, Washington in about thirty minutes.
Guests can also walk to nearby shopping, dining, and essentials, with Costco and Walmart located just down the road. For those who enjoy biking, Warrenton and Fort Stevens offer scenic trails perfect for a ride along the coast.
Other Things to Note:
We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Dogs should not be left alone at any time unless they are crate trained and can remain inside the crate without causing noise disturbances. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs. In the event of any damage, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.

This place was fantastic for us! The space was perfect for a small family and dog. Couch was great for watching movies, the kitchen had all we needed and more, and having a fully fenced yard was great for the pupper. Very spacious place! Jordan was very inviting and fast to respond. We plan on returning!

The listed says it sleeps 6. However there was not a hide-a-bed or a cot. There were 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and an air mattress. I wish I knew that was the sleeping arrangement for the other two people. No washer and dryer which would have been nice since we were crabbing. Other than that it was a great little place to stay.

The house is very cute and comfortable. Convenient to all the area has to offer which is a lot! Perfect with our two dogs. Comfortable and well decorated. Draw back is very, very busy road and unsightly neighbors, but didn’t stop us from enjoying our time there.
