The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The unit was clean and well equipped. 2 issues with the unit; 1) Dryer did not work about half the time. 2) Main tv would not connect to the internet, so we could not use our accounts to watch Netflix etc., bedroom worked fine. Not related to the unit was 1 of the 2 elevators did not work, which made move in and out troublesome alone with the day to day up and down a problem. I would avoid any units in the East building until repairs are made.

The unit is in a great location and the private beach and parking is fantastic. Close to everything in Orange Beach. This spacious condo is in an older building and the apartment has wear and tear on it. The unit was reasonably clean but was not completely detailed upon arrival. Overall I recommend the location and unit, especially if you want space.
