Luxury condo with a wonderful Gulf Front View

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, well kept, and had just about everything we needed. Just a couple of things about the accommodations. There wasn't a lot of information about the grilling area on line and when we got there, we were a little surprised that there is only 2 grills for this building and located in the parking lot area. Just make a note if you plan to do any grilling - you might have to wait. The other issue was that the washing machine nor the dryer did not work well. That was problem as we all packed a small amount of clothes for the week. I did call maintenance twice and both times all I got was "we'll send somebody to look at it". As far as I know, nobody ever came. Overall it was a really nice place and great location! We would definitely consider renting again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: This unit is nice overall with plenty of room and a good view of the gulf. Furniture is in good condition and the unit is nicely decorated. The appliances were nice and clean and we enjoyed having the icemaker for our drinks and coolers. The bad: The cleanliness of the unit was definitely lacking in some areas. We found a pack of cigarettes on top of the refrigerator, some moldy spots in the shower curtain and on the floor under the seat in the master bathroom shower, drink bottles under one of the beds, someone's life jacket in a bedroom closet, someone's hair dryer in a bathroom drawer, a hair tie in the toothbrush holder, a random pencil on the kitchen countertop, and the a/c vent above the kitchen was very dusty. We also noticed one bedroom had a bracket still in the ceiling for a smoke detector, but there was not a smoke detector in it. Also note, that if a view of the pool is important to you, you cannot see the pool from this unit. We experienced some frustrations with the east tower itself. The tower only has 2 elevators and one of them was down the entire time we were there. We were not notified about this beforehand. From what we were told, the elevator was down the week before as well. There was a large generator parked in the loading/unloading area the entire time as well. Once we arrived, there were no carts to be found, so the tower could definitely use more carts. These issues with the tower made it difficult to load and unload especially with a 9:00 AM check out time. With all of that being said, we would stay here again, but as mentioned, we would like to see a little more attention to detail with the cleaning and maybe we just caught the east tower at a bad time with the generator out there and the elevator being down.

Balcony: vertical railing is spaced too far apart for small children. Condo next to us installed wire mesh for safety. Also some floor tiles were missing. Kitchen freezer couldn’t keep ice cream firm. Master bedroom door to toilet needs to open “outward” for more room inside.
