Situated on a quiet street near Le Mans hospital and just a 3-minute walk from the Tramway T1 station, You'll benefit from direct and easy access to the lively city centre, the beautiful Medieval Old Town, the train station, the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and the exhibition centre.
