Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with it’s own private entrance, this retreat is a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. The screened-in outdoor area offers a living area which will let you relax to the soothing sounds of a Koi fish pond and also includes a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, blender, 2 burner hot plate, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and the summer heat. Conveniently located close to all that the Outer Banks has to offer - restaurants, bars, shops and grocery stores. There is also bike path close by for those who would like to explore this beautiful area on bicycles.

The location and layout of the property was good, but it wasn't obvious from the booking that there was not an actual stove or dishwasher. The hotplate worked ok and we were able to improvise. Lighting an furniture, etc were comfortable. Also, there was no soap, shampoo, etc, and only 4 towels for the whole stay. The white bedsheets were clean, but had previously been stained by makeup. The residents upstairs (owners?) were quiet and respectful. It was great to have use of two bikes. We enjoyed it, but there could have been a few simple, inexpensive additions to make it nicer.
