***Our pools are seasonally heated up to 80°-85°! During the cold/winter time, when the outside temperature drops, the pool's heaters are kicked on to maintain the temperature inside the pools within 80-85°. Hot tub is open and heated all year around! Our maintenance team is checking pools daily to make sure the temperature is right
ALL amenities are OUTDOOR and COMPLEMENTARY comes with our condo:
*Covered Outdoor Beachfront pool (heated 80-85°)
*Covered Outdoor Hot tub (heated all year around)
*Covered Outdoor Aqua Park with water slides and a big water basket (not heated at any time)

*Frog Pad for little ones (not heated at any time)
***All amenities are open all year around!!!
***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water.
*Onsite Coffee and Donuts shop, which is located above the Aqua Park (seasonal)

***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towel, small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper roll - enough for day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store. *Please be advised, this is our private place, not a hotel. No daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service
*The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The regeneration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort.
*Beach Chairs Cervices in Panama City Beach are open and available from March 1- October 31.
* Splash Palisade bar and grill is available from March 1- October 31
*Even though we love our furry friends, the resort does not allow any pets on their territory. Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine of $1000 will be applied.

Great place for small family like ours, my husband, myself and our 4 year old. Bright, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed and more, easy check-in and out process. When we got off on 12th floor and saw we were right beside the elevator, I was a little apprehensive about noise but this is a family oriented resort and their is little noise at anytime and none after about 8pm. Communication with our host was easy and she answered all questions promptly. We will return again.

This is how a vacation rental should be done. Easy check in, all the accommodations you could need, and conveniently located to everything. The unit was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in and the owners were proactive and quick to reply to anything we needed. Our kids are both under 5, so having the multiple pools on the property, was clutch. The water playground at the resort was loud and the water was freezing cold so my kids did not play in it. That was a big reason we picked the resort, so it as a little disappointing. There were plenty of other kids playing in it, so I think it was more about my children’s personal tolerance for the noise/cold. Not using the park had zero impact on our overall experience. The entire resort was clean and the staff was friendly. If you are looking for an easy, low stress experience I would 100% recommend this property!
