Welcome to Overlook at Granita Penthouse, hosted by InvitedHome. There is no better way to spend a mountain vacation than at the Overlook at Granita Penthouse. Ease of access to the Mountain Village gondola could not be any easier at just a three-minute stroll from your front door.
The balcony features outdoor seating and a gas grill, which help create the ultimate outdoor experience right in your own home. In the main living area, a rich distressed wood ceiling adds a rustic touch to the fine furnishings found throughout. Plush seating surrounds a large gas fireplace, where a flat screen TV is mounted directly above. The dining area is a part of the open-space concept, and features a polished wood table with seating for eight guests. The kitchen is outfitted with all-stainless steel appliances, including the 5-burner gas range and double sink.
The main level bedroom, which has its own attached ensuite, has a private balcony with views out over the slopes and peaks. The upper level also has the main bedroom, which features rustic elements paired with fine luxury and its own ensuite. The lower room features a bunk bed with a bottom king bunk and a twin upper. Altogether, this room can sleep three guests.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- On Wednesday nights during the summer, the free summer concerts in Sunset Plaza can be enjoyed right from the deck.
- Being in the coveted central location, there's activity around the building during peak seasons.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
- Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption. Please call us for the latest updates—conditions vary day to day. To offset any inconvenience, we’ve reduced rates for this home.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

10/10. The PERFECT place to stay in Telluride, whether for skiing or (as in our case) a music festival. The gondola is 600yds away and can take you either up over the mountain to the historic town or the other way to the grocery store. The condo itself is gorgeous, sumptuous, immaculate - in a word PERFECT. Each and every bedroom has a jetted tub. The views from the balconies and hot tub are simply magnificent. Parking is easy. The elevator made luggage a breeze. We all LOVED this place! I simply cannot recommend it enough. I would also like to put in a huge THANK YOU to the management company, Invited Homes. We had a cancelled flight on the way out, got diverted to Denver, and experienced a very rough travel day. Their magnificent staff (namely, Natalie and Courtney) kept in close contact with us throughout that difficult day, even offering to have food brought in. What wonderful people. We are thankful for them. Bottom Line: RENT THIS PLACE before someone else does!!

Great location in Mountain Village. Great views. The unit is very nice and comfortable. The management and check in process was very good. Only negative was the 2 main bedrooms have very large windows. They are nice, but do not have blinds all the way up. The restaurant lights come in at night as does the early morning sun. They should fix this. Other than that it is a great place.

This was our 2nd stay at Granita Penthouse, which wasn’t as fabulous as the first time. It’s BEAUTIFUL, clean and location is ideal. Views are stunning. Images accurately reflect the property.
The downsides…this appears to be an investment that the owner takes no pride in.
-Hot tub - broken heater discovered on our arrival day before check in, no part available, wasn’t repaired during our stay. Management company didn’t keep us updated, and we needed to reach out for updates.
-Reverted to use steam shower in the main bathroom after a long day of activities (since no hot tub)…that didn’t work either.
-Coffee maker - leaked all over counter the first morning, management company promptly replaced with a new $15 pot that made coffee that tasted like plastic chemicals.
-Patio not clean..covered with dead bugs/flies.
-Washer/dryer has seen better days.
-Safety - door lock to main building lobby broken.
