Playful and bright, from the downstairs guest bedrooms to vast open windows in the main living area. Wind through from the second level landing with elevator access and cubbies for storage, then find the guest bedroom with surprising textured wallpaper, king bed, and a handy ensuite. Across the hall, pop into the zingy two twins or king bedroom with Jack and Jill ensuite shared with the other guest room appointed with four twin beds and corner deck access – Too much fun to be had for the kids downstairs!
Head up the stairs, or elevator, to the main living area complete with swanky textured wallpaper adorning the neoteric dining table with upholstered bench seating, to the warm and inviting textures in the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Arrive in the living room with beyond-inspired views of Mountain Village and the never-ending peaks of the San Sophia mountain range, with a snug layout near the gas fireplace perfect for nighttime chats with family and friends. Take in the views from the second balcony from the main living area, and enjoy the fire table with seating.
The modern and riveted main bedroom and ensuite with a soaking tub and shower are just off the living room. This cozy and unexpected home is in just the right location for dining and shopping in the Mountain Village core or walking to ski and hiking trails year-round.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Due to the central location, there's lots of activity around the building during peak seasons.
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- Upon request, one king bed can be split into two twins.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

The house is as pictured in the listing. Very comfortable with nice decks to enjoy the view! The kitchen has everything you need, including aNespresso and drip coffee maker, spices, etc. great water pressure, comfortable beds. That location is perfect, quiet area just a couple of minute walk to Meadows/Chondola and maybe 5 minutes to the plaza/lift 4. There is an elevator which makes packing in/out easy. There’s an outside storage for ski gear and an adorable hill in the back great for shedding (sleds in storage). Cleaning supplies were provided, including for laundry. 10/10 would stay here again.

One of the best condos we have stayed at in Telluride. Furnishings in the condo were first class, and the kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to the Slopes and restaurants, will definitely be staying here again.
