One of the standout features is the large 22m² balcony, complete with a dining area and lounge seating—a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening sun after a day exploring.
Inside, the apartment features a bright living room, a dining area for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll have all the essentials right at your fingertips.
The apartment is also family-friendly, with plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. If you're traveling by car, a private garage is available for rent, making it convenient for road trips or longer stays.
As this is my personal home, I kindly ask guests to treat it with care and respect—just like you would your own.

• Guests have full private access to the entire apartment. (No sharing)
• Note: Locked closets is not available for guest use.
