About this apartment rental
Exclusive apartment over two floors (7th and 8th floor) with a private balcony in the most fabulous area of Oslo, called Tjuvholmen.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds as well as two separate bathrooms on each floor with everything you need, including a washer/dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the furniture is high quality and you'll be able to enjoy a fantastic view from the living room on the 8th floor.
Public transportation, big grocery store, restaurants and the beach are all close by.
The place
The apartment stretches over the 7th and 8th floor in the building and you have a fantastic waterfront view from the living room of the 2nd/8th floor.
1st floor of the apartment consists of:
- Kitchen that is fully equipped
- Private balcony with BBQ grill
- Bathroom (shower and toilet) with washer/dryer
- x2 bedrooms with double-sized beds
2nd floor of the apartment consists of:
- Living room with a fantastic waterfront view!!!
- Bathroom (shower and toilet)
- Bedroom with double-sized bed
- Closet space
The apartment is perfect for up to 6 people, but an additional 7th guest can also sleep on the comfortable couch, if necessary.
Keys are picked up 100 meters from the apartment.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the whole apartment for themselves :)

The beautiful apartment is located in the most central, luxury and safe area in Oslo. Its 2 min walk to the sea, with all-year bathing and sea-sauna! Its the most fantastic area for just walking and exploring Oslo, lots of the best restaurants and museums.
No cars, so very quiet, and super efficient to travel around in Oslo with tram, taxi, cycle, or just walk.
We can promise you a unique apartment in the absolute best area in Oslo.

Great location! Beds take up entire room. Smallest bathroom I have ever been in! Nonetheless, lovely apartment and we totally enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect but for a minor item. The sheets and towels smelled like left in washer and no fragrance (bounce). But otherwise 5/5 - very comfortable and great location. Check in and out very easy.

This is a house that is lived in. How can you tell? There are no little overlooked maintenance items like you see in properties where the hosts never set foot in the place. One of the best maintained properties we've stayed in for quite a awhile. The location is a quick 10 minute cab ride from the train station. We had a small amount of confusion during check in, but Arne was right there to help us and this kept the whole process smooth. The view is even more stunning than the pictures. It was dark when we arrived, and I think that's when the view is at its best - with all the lights of downtown shining across the harbor, and with boats all lit up traveling in and out. Magical! The living spaces are very comfortable. There is plenty of seating and surfaces to set a beverage or even a laptop or two. There was also enough wardrobe space to keep your clothes tidy. The kitchen was a powerhouse - everything you needed in a sleek, useful space. The downstairs view, while not as dramatic as upstairs, was incredibly cozy in the winter when everything was covered in snow. Sitting at the table in the morning with my hot chocolate watching the snow falling was peaceful and beautiful.This part of town almost feels like its own little world. A really stunning little world with great views everywhere you look, and tons of incredible restaurants. Thank you Arne and Rune for sharing your amazing home!
