New building 2018 with underfloor heating and two balconies (to the south and east). The modern and very comfortably furnished 4-room apartment has three separate bedrooms. one of them has an attached spacious ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The two other bedrooms share an additional shower room. From the living room with kitchenette and dining area it goes on both balconies. The apartment also has a hallway with cloakroom and a small storage room next to the kitchen. The apartment has a covered parking space on the property. Villa Teutonia is located about 300m from the beach promenade. The center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier are about 8-10 minutes walk.
