About this house rental

The villa enjoys a privileged position. It is located in the most exclusive and quiet area of Corralejo. With direct access to small coves, ideal for water sports or just for a swim with Lobos Island and Lanzarote opposite you. It is located in a quiet and very central area. You can walk to all the places of leisure and to shopping center El Campanario. A 5 minute drive has 2 Great White sand beaches of Corralejo, spectacular. A 3 minute Pitch and Putt 9-hole golf lovers.
From the villa you can enjoy the sea view, Lanzarote and Isla de Lobos and very importantly, breathe the sea air.
The villa has for your comfort: kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage room, private pool and private solarium, 2 terraces towards the sea, 1 terrace to the main entrance with a small garden and two parking private parking garage with remote control.
The villa is equipped with the following appliances: family fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle; washer, dryer, iron and hairdryer. Also: flat screen TV, Canal Satellite, wifi, phone (local calls and receive calls) and safe.

Just got back to the UK after 6 weeks in Corralejo.we are in our early 70s,and very active.We arrived at lunchtime,and Sergio arranged for us to get in early.The villa is very clean and comfortable and the location is excellent,just 5 mins walk to El Campanario shopping centre,and 10 mins to the start of the shopping strip.The gate by the pool leads to a 30 m path which opens onto the coastal path.Through this gate and a 5 minute walk to the left takes you to the start of the beaches and the beach bars.5 mins walk to the right is Popcorn Beach,which we tended to favour.The views from the Villa are amazing,the balcony from the main bedroom having far reaching views to Playa Blanca,Lanzarote,the ferries in the harbour,town beaches,and popcorn beach.The display of the windsurfers is truly memorable.There is sun all day somewhere in the villa.Excellent value for money.We will definitely return.
