Exclusive Beach Front - Fuerteventura

My penthouse apartment is right on the beach front. So close you can hear the waves at night. You’ll love my place because the views are amazing. It's very quiet and private. My place is good for couples, mature guests and solo adventurers. This place is suited to long term bookings. It's also close to the town and airport. There are 2 balconies, one facing the sea, one 'private' one also facing the sea and in land. It's also large and protected from the sea breeze. Furnished by Ikea.

It's 30 seconds from the beach.
It's 1 minute to the nearest bar and surf shop
It's 2 minutes to the nearest shop
It's 5 minutes to the nearest restarant
It's 5 minutes drive to the amazing sand dunes

The complex has a pool
Beach you can surf, wind surf and paddle board off. Door to sea in 60 seconds.

All space in the apartment

There is help close by if needed. I am fully available via phone, email, What's App.

The apartments are on a very quiet complex containing lots of older residents. Please respect the residents and other holiday makers with noise. The complex is a close knit community. The complex is more suited to mature professional couples. The block was built 30 years ago. It has a shabby chic look about it. There is some minor renovation going on.

Taxis are very cheap. I got one from the town the other day and it was 2.4 euros. There is a cycle lane next to the apartment. You can walk via the beach to the town also.

Tea, coffee and milk provided

It's a quiet apartment block. There are very few people staying there.

We like to keep pricing as low as possible for you so we ask guests to bring their own bath towels unless they are travelling with hand luggage from abroad or you are corporate guests. However if you require towels please let us know. We normally charge £10 extra per person.

If you require a bed linen change DURING your stay this is charged at £15 per person for each linen change with a minimum of a £50 charge. Thank you.


For long term stays (more than one week) if you want cleans and fresh linen done these will incur extra charges. Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't provide a pricing system that allows for extra services over long stays. Thanks

Late check out can be booked until 1.30pm (£50) or until 8.30pm (£70). Please let us know asap so we have time to re-organise cleaners and consider the next guests.

There's some minor work going on re the walkways.

Please check your happy with the property within an hour of entry. If your not, for some reason please let us know right away so we can take corrective action.

We expect all guests to abide by covid-19 rules and self manage. Only you know who is in your party and if this is allowable.

House rules:
It's a quiet complex. More suitable for older residents. 40 plus.
No parties
No smoking
No noise after 10pm and before 7am
Only the number of guests you declare are permitted to stay overnight at the property. This should be inserted correctly when you book.
Payment in full must be made before entering the property.
Lead guest must be 21 years old or over to book this property.
If you are a single sex group you must consult with the host first.
If the property has been discounted, this is purely as a gesture of goodwill. Any behaviour deemed to be rude, disrespectful or abusive to the host, the housekeeper’s, workmen or the neighbour’s the discount will not apply and you will be liable for the full price.
Pragmatic note: This house is a home, not a commercial hotel and it isn’t perfect.
The good news is we’re not expecting a perfect house back. Having said that please look after as best you can.
To manage expectations there will/may be odd personal items left, maybe leftover things like condiments (left for your convenient) etc etc.
Life, kids, people, pets etc create wear and tear will leave clues of their enjoyment in the house despite our best endeavours to the contrary.
We accept this as Airbnb life and you should too.
If this isn’t for you, that’s fine maybe a hotel is a better option. However, my expectation would you cancel before you stay. 😉
