Grocery, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Stanz b.Landeck Prandtauerweg" 400 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 32.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km, mountain railway 1.5 km, ski bus stop 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 33 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ischgl Paznaun 20 km, St. Anton am Arlberg 20 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 30 km. Rafting 500 m (booking required). Paragliding possibility. The owner also speaks French.
