Above Landeck, in the district of Hochgallmigg, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 200 m from the edge of the forest. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 8 km, bakery 8 km, bus stop "Fließ Urgen" 4 km, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 38.9 km, lake Badsee Ried 14 km.
