About this apartment rental
New building 2018 with underfloor heating. Modern furnished 4-room apartment with terrace and garden! The apartment is specially designed for families with (small) children, but also offers the desired comfort for occupancy of 6 adults .. The apartment has three separate bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double Murphy bed), each with ensuite bathroom, living room with kitchenette and dining area. Of the three bathrooms are two shower rooms and one with tub and shower. In the fenced garden is a small private playground with sandpit and play area. One of the three bedrooms (with the bathroom ensuite) has two travel cots, 2 high chairs, changing table, a small selection of toys and a high-quality fold-out Murphy bed, so that even adults can use it comfortably. Two parking spaces are included. Villa Teutonia is located about 300m from the beach promenade. The center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier are about 8-10 minutes walk.
To the playground: The landlord provides the tenants in the outdoor playground equipment for use. The tenants are solely responsible for the equipment being used as intended. The children are to be supervised during the use by the guardians. If a defect occurs on a game machine, the landlord must be informed immediately. The same applies to the provided in the apartment children's toys for different ages.
From summer 2018 we welcome you in our new house, the "Villa Teutonia". The house is near the beach and close to the center in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. In addition to 4 chic apartments with balcony or terrace and partially. Underfloor heating, there is a special family apartment with terrace and play equipment on the ground floor. All apartments are modern and very comfortably furnished. The car parking spaces are located on the property. An elevator is available. The center and the well-known Ahlbecker pier are about 8-10 minutes walk
