Cosy terraced house "Mimosa", 2 storeys. In the district of Playa Almadrava, 8.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 230 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, shingle beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, tennis 8 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Nos ha encantado la casa es perfecta para descansar y camas muy buenas, lo malo ir a recoger unas llaves a montepego que me parece una incomodidad ya que la oficina allí en medio del monte y la devolución de las llaves igual, son incomodísimo la verdad es la pega que pongo al viaje y más si hay gente que fuera sin coche eso sí que sería una enorme p… pero bueno es por lo único que no vamos a repetir para volver a la casa… o con vosotros

Gut augestattetes Häuschen mit moderner Küche und schönem Bad (mit wunderbarem Meerblick aus der Dusche). Betten nicht sehr komfortabel und ins Alter gekommen. Leider weder Ventilatoren noch Klima in den Schlafzimmern und kein Liegestuhl vorhanden. Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool!
