About this apartment rental
Very cozy apartment, in a quiet, sunny residential complex by the sea (approx. 30m to the beach) Separate entrance, large balcony on the 2nd floor with a view of the sea and the gardens. An apartment in which you will feel comfortable with only 7 km from the center of Denia.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and is divided into 2 separate bedrooms with ceiling fans (1 bedroom is air conditioning hot / cold) and mosquito blinds, a combined and air-conditioned hot / cold living room with ceiling fan and a fireplace.
The fully equipped American kitchen with counter, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water and egg cooker, citrus press etc. leaves nothing to be desired. You have German digital satellite TV, a stereo with USB and Iphone docking station and board games are available. On the large balcony there is patio furniture and a parasol for you. From here you have an incredibly beautiful view of the garden with the 2 pools and the sea. A gas stove is available for the cooler days. We can provide our children's travel bed for younger guests. Don't bring too much clothes, because there is also a washing machine. Everything for the perfect vacation.

Access:
Denia is connected via the AP 7 Salida 62 motorway to the two airports Alicante and Valencia with a journey time of approx. 1 hour, as well as the national road N-332. Ferries run from Denia to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Mallorca.
The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar.
The FGH (railway company) line L9 connects Denia with Alicante.
Topography:
The apartment is located on the beach "Punta Dels Moulins" about 7 km from the center of Denia. In the immediate vicinity you will find German-speaking doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants, bars, cafeterias, (Pizzaria diagonally opposite) shops, bus stop.
Denia
is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which at the Las Rotas district merges into rock and stone coasts. The Montgó nature reserve, named after the local mountain of the same name, Denias, with a height of 753 m, is suitable for hikers, a typical stratified mountain that rises lonely into the sky and ends in Cabo de San Antonio. For example, Marquesa is a very popular residential area on Montgó. Cute apartment that had all you needed. Large terrace with views over the pool and sea. Close to restaurants, stores and Denia town.

Everything was as expected and described, communication is clear and efficient. The only missing information is that the TV has no Spanish channel available. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and has a very good terrace.
I will likely repeat next time!

We stayed in this Apartment at the end of August. The apartment is located literally facing the beach, and boasts two internal swimming pools within a building block of several other apartments. The apartment itself is quite spacious, and Britta, the host is very friendly. Good place to stay if you want to avoid huge crowds, yet want to stay near a city, such as Dénia. The beach was also safe and very clean.
