The owner Jorge was excellent and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable
The apartment was very clean and handy for the center of funchall 10 minutes walk to the sea front and restaurants and shop's
There is a slight uphill walk back to the apartment but we are in our 80 ts and found it ok
Would highly recommend it

We rented this property for three weeks in November 2022.
The apartment was nothing short of perfect for our needs. It comes equipped with all the necessary dishes, pots, cutlery and glassware. There is also a washing machine that we used for doing our laundry during the stay. The small balcony is perfect for having your coffee in the morning or glass of wine at pretty much any time of the day. 😉
The location is great, 5 min. max of walking to downtown, shopping and a large number of restaurants. The parking garage is also a few minutes of walking away. We walked pretty much everywhere in Funchal.
Checking in and out was very easy. Jorge, the owner, was very quick to answer phone calls and/or messages. He was proactive contacting us and providing useful information that we greatly appreciated. Thank you again, Jorge!
We will return to Madeira and most likely rent the very same property!

funchal at new year was the best ever we have been before and we will be going back this year the apartment was excellent location and clean the owner of the apartment was very nice and very helpful lots to do and see and plenty of shopping its heaven on earth cant wait for next new year I will be spending it in funchal
