C'est la deuxième fois que je loue cet appartement:
j'apprécie son emplacement, son confort, sa décoration, sa propreté et tout l'électroménager pour favoriser un fort agréable séjour.
On peut tout faire à pieds, carrefour contact à 5 minutes, station essence, le marché le mercredi matin, la grande rue centrale avec tous les restaurants et boutiques à proximité et la plage centrale juste en face.
changer l'aspirateur.

l'emplacement du logement est top, tout peut se faire à pied, commerces, marchés, plage
une loggia qui peut se fermer permet de profiter du coucher du soleil
l'appartement est grand et agréable et la résidence est calme
le + une place de parking car se garer à lacanau en saison devient compliqué
le - c'est un 2e étage sans ascenseur
ce logement aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement
à mon avis le plus urgent est la cabine de douche
