Located in a seafront residence, it overlooks the promenade directly, separated from the beach by areas designed for walking and children's play. The setting is calm and pleasant, while remaining close to shops accessible on foot. Lacanau Lake is approximately 5 km away. The residence's car parks are arranged at the rear, away from the promenade.

L'emplacement de l'appartement par rapport au front de mer et au centre ville
dans la salle d'eau, peut-être aménager sous le lavabo un placard de rangement

une poele et une casserole étaient inutilisables car trop oxydées.
la couette était tachée
une patère murale dans l'entrée ainsi qu'une petite étagère (ou un petit chevet )dans la chambre seraient appréciables

Proche de toutes commodité mais au calme sans nuisance sonore. La mer et le club de surf à 1mn. Terrasse avec vu dégagée sur la mer .Pas besoin de voiture qui reste à proximité dans un parking privé
Modifier l’annonce où il est indiqué que le lit de la chambre est en 140... il est en réalité de 160, beaucoup mieux mais il faut avoir les draps adaptés !
