About this house rental
Relax in a rural setting of 175 acres and enjoy the beautiful views over our 6 acre pond.
Take a swim at a sandy beach, raft down our new 100 foot slip and slide, slide, and diving board. There is a wood dock for fishing and a concrete dock with large gazebo for sunbathing.
Enjoy hiking paths, sit by the outdoor fire cook up some smores and watch the stars.
Family gatherings of up to 25. Rain won't ruin your party! Plenty of room inside and in the garage with large tables and chairs.
Built in 2020. All new construction this is a barndominium. Rolling meadows and wildlife habitat just outside the door. Upstairs has a carpeted loft with locking gates on the stairs for kids to play!
Residence has two full bathrooms. Second bathroom is a tornado room in the garage portion of the building. Fully finished it is enclosed with concrete and was built for this purpose. Water bottles and flash lights are under the sink if needed. Remember to take your shoes, chargers and keys whenever there is a tornado alert.

The garage is heated, so the weather won't impact your social gathering if you need to move your party inside.
Our 100 foot slip and slide is the best you will see. It has a pump that pumps 40 gallons a minute! Rafts for those who don't want to go old school and sit and slide on it.
Finally, we have a large concrete picnic area next to the barndominium. There is an old bell there. Ring it, its fun! Kids will love it.

Very clean! Plenty of room and spaces to hang out! The bonfire area was amazing and the fish were biting too!

We enjoyed our stay and are looking into planning another for next year to include all our kids. We were in town for a family wedding at Lake Wildwood. Jim's property and space is absolutely amazing, huge deck area by the pond with feeding the fish was awesome including ample space in the garage to play washers & games when it got too cold out. Check in/out were so easy, he replied quickly to texts, and overall great experience.
