Come and enjoy our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Shipwatch Pointe located in the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach, presented by Beachy Keen Vacations. Enjoy beautiful morning sunrises and evening sunsets over the ocean from our 3rd story balcony. There are 3 pools, a hot tub, grilling areas, convenience store and an ice cream shop steps away from our unit. We even have beach chairs and coolers for a relaxing day on the beach!
Enjoy long days at the beach or come inside and relax. We offer free Wi-Fi and cable tv in our comfortably furnished living room and bedrooms. Our kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals and there is plenty of storage for all your groceries. Bathrooms are easily accessible from each bedroom and the main living area. We also offer an in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Looking for a place close to everything? Our condo is only minutes away from hundreds of wonderful restaurants, convenient shopping, and great family entertainment/amusement attractions, including Flip Flops Bar & Grill, Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, the Alabama Theatre, the House of Blues, Pirates Voyage, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, the Tanger Factory Outlets and many spectacular golf courses.
Rules and Restrictions:
- You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, provide a copy of ID and must remain present the entire length of stay.

-NO Motorcycles/Trailers Allowed
-NO Fireworks Allowed
-NO Golf Cart Allowed
-NO Smoking, Vaping or Drugs allowed in the unit or on the balcony and guests are subject to fines
HOA prohibits smoking in all common areas throughout the complex, including in and around pool areas, stairwells, walkways, grill area, parking lot
-Please respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am
The hot tub will be closed from January 2nd and will reopen on March 1st.

Love this place and plan to stay again in the future. Location to beach, Flip Flops and other attractions are very convenient. Place is very clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

This condo is very close to the beach and is modern and clean. You have 2 pools at this location also. Beds are very comfortable. They have everything you would need for a week. I will rent this condo every year!

This condo was stocked with everything you needed—kitchen supplies, beach chairs and toys, hair dryer, etc. It was perfect for our family of 5 (with 3 kids under 6). The pools were clean, the general store and ice cream shop next door were handy and the short walk to the beach was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.
There is no elevator in the complex so be prepared to climb several sets of stairs. Came with 2 parking passes.
