This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo has been completely renovated!!! Renovations started late fall of 2023 and were completed early winter of 2024. Maison Sur Mer is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach and you will be able to enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious ocean view condo. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.
The recent upgrades included all new flooring, fresh paint, new furniture, new decor, new appliances, new HVAC system, new kitchen furnishings, upgraded bathrooms and upgraded kitchen. This 9th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes/Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. This spacious unit features a fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room, private bathrooms for each bedroom, a spacious ocean view balcony with dining table and loungers as well as a full size washer & dryer.

Our visit was fantastic! The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was the highlight of our vacation and conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach. We would highly recommend this unit and have never been disappointed in any of our stays at the Maisons-Sur-Mer. We are always so sad to leave and are counting down the weeks until we can come again in the summer. Check-in and out was a breeze!

Property and resort were amazing! Checking in at a separate facility was a little frustrating but not too bad

Stunning property but it lacked the warmth that we have had at other Maison sur Mer properties. I noticed it was for sale and it showed like it was being staged. Not even a coffee filter was offered in the cabinets (usually there are some cleaning supplies, i.e. windex, fantastic. Some saran wrap, baggies - absolutely nothing but a salt & pepper shaker.
