This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people, ideal for families with children. Centrally located 3.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach with great promenade of Sant Antoni de Calonge. The villa is just outside the village of Calonge in an urbanisation with views over the forest and mountains. You can play tennis, cycle and golf in the area. From this villa with a large pool you have views of the Les Gavarres mountains. It is built in characteristic Catalan style. There are an outdoor shower and barbecue. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms each with a balcony and 1 bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a covered veranda, an open kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine and 1 bedroom with bathroom. New cool beds were installed in 2024 and the living room has new chairs. There is a garage and WiFi in the house. This property is not rented to groups of young people because of its quietness. Organising student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited in this house.
