No smoking inside or on front or back porch ($200 fine for smoking inside)

Perfect location! So close to the airport, Lenovo Center, downtown, etc. Very quiet neighborhood with a lovely area to sit out back.

Enjoyed a great weekend here with a group of friends. We were there for an event at the Lenovo Center and we found ourselves in a quiet, clean neighborhood not far from downtown Raleigh. The place was nice with everything you could want in a weekend home. We particularly liked the extra towels and the backyard to sit and relax at the end of the day. The owner was kind, friendly, and very open with their communication during our stay. It means a lot when the owner takes their time to make you feel comfortable instead of treating you like a paycheck. If I find myself in the area, will definitely be back for a second time. Highly recommend.
