6 Bedroom Duplex Penthouses. 6 bedrooms all together two hot tubs. AC through out two roof decks. 8 bathrooms. 6 in suite and 2 off living room. Washer and dryer on each side. Wifi. Private roof deck just for your group. 6 single's or 6 couples max. 6 beds, 2 king and 4 queen. 8 Tv's. 3 blocks from park lleras. 1 block from park poblado. AC in the bedrooms and in each living room. A door in the living room connects both apartments. A block from Avenida Poblado supermarket. 3 blocks from lleras. 2 hot tubs. One as big as a small pool... sleeps 12. Can have guests no charge. Key features. The apartments connect inside in the living room. Has a great view of Medellin. All guests are free just need ID. Every room has a closet safe. Every room has in suite bathroom plus flat screen and AC. There is no 24 security. There is no elevator.

This property has shopping ,restaurants ,entertainment and grocery store all within walking distance I would book this place again on my next visit to Medellin. 😃

I will try to give an adequate review, the property itself its very central 1 block from El Poblado Park, supermarket right across from it. We rented two penthouses for our group of 11. Spacious? Yes, rooms are a bit small other than the main one but you make do; ea bedroom has its own bathroom.... now... the bathrooms were a situation; water would back up in the shower, so you would be bathing up to ankle deep dirty water (in 2 of the bathrooms), if one person was taking a shower in one bathroom you wouldn't get enough hot water in the other bathroom. One of the rooms had clearly mold on the walls; there was a humidity smell all through both apts. The AC, unit work in 4 of the rooms, the other ones would never could down the apt; so be ready to be a bit hot in pm/early evening. Could be because the building is on a corner and gets constant sunshine; however WE WERE HOT, you get used to it eventually. Overall pricing vs space and convenience really cant be beat, but the properties definitely need some tender loving and through cleaning.
