Beautiful place, close to nice restaurants (walking distance). Place has a nice layout, it was blackout curtains which is a plus. I would recommend this place and will stay again in future occasions.

The location is strategic and very convenient. The service was exceptional. Carlos consistently went the extra mile in every way — attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our experience outstanding. We also appreciate Luisa and Andrés for their kindness. The location is excellent as well — an easy walk to Poblado station and close to everything you need. What really sets Gres apart is how they handle real situations. At one point I was in a bind waiting for my bank cards, and the team went above and beyond to help me out without hesitation. That level of trust and care is rare. This isn’t about flashy luxury — it’s about people who truly look after you and make your stay easy and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.
