About this apartment rental
Located in Mount Crested Butte, about a 5 minute walk to the local bus stop, this cozy townhome boasts fabulous mountain views that can be enjoyed in both summer and winter, right from the living room windows. In the summer, you can soak in the views from the attached deck. In the winter, you can nuzzle up next to the fireplace. The condo is an end unit, making it it a quiet and peaceful place for renters. Free cable and internet is also provided.
This townhome is three levels. The first level opens to a foyer with a mud room and an attached garage. Parking is available for one car in this garage and there is also ample room for storage of bikes, skis, and other equipment. A washer and dryer are also available for use by renters in the garage.
On the second level you will find a large open space living room and dining room with a full kitchen. The kitchen contains a full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher, and is stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils, including a coffee maker. A television and fireplace in this living area make this a cozy atmosphere.
Also on this level you will find a bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom. This lovely bedroom has one queen bed and a television.
On the third level, you will walk into a very spacious master bedroom with a queen Tempur-pedic bed and large windows to enjoy the views. One of the closets in this bedroom holds a full-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled down and set up for an additional sleeping area. This space also contains a comfortable lounging chair and television. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom.
This condo has a great mountain location, being just a 10-15 minute walk from the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort which offers both summer and winter activities.
The closest bus stop is just a five minute walk away to Pitchfork and all buses are free in Crested Butte. In summer, a bus will pick you up and take you into town every 20 minutes. In winter, a local loop services the area every 30 minutes, dropping you off at Mountaineer Square at the base of the ski area. From here, another bus that leaves every 15 minutes will take you into historic downtown Crested Butte.
This beautifully decorated and convenient townhome is perfect for a family or a small group of friends whether you are visiting Crested Butte in summer or winter!
Three parking places are allowed for this unit - one car fits in the garage and two spots are located directly in front of the unit. No pets and no smoking, thank you! Also, please kindly remove shoes and leave them in the foyer/mudroom area!

We stayed with our children for a spring break ski trip. The condo is conveniently located just down the street from the resort. The garage and mudroom on the first floor functioned well as a staging area for all our gear. We drive a large SUV with a ski rack and our vehicle would not fit in the garage, clearance was too low. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to make family dinners. The fireplace is just a light, no flame or heat. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and the bathrooms were fine. Overall, we had a great stay.

This was our second time staying here during the ski season. The property was just as great as the first time and we enjoyed every day of it. Winter storms rolled in after us and the night before we left but it was no problem with frequent snow removal or finding a safe place to park the car. And it just meant better skiing on the very close mountain! Hopefully we'll be back next season!

Overall great week stay in CB with a place that was perfect to work and ski at - though could benefit from another desk!

We had a great time on the property. One caveat- the microwave. I think it needs to be replaced. We would open it and then it wouldn’t close. Matt did some work on it and it was a bit better but the same problem reoccurred.
