About this apartment rental
Cocoonr agency offers you to rent a superb 65m2 sea-view apartment, 300m from the beach, in the beautiful La Ronceray residence in the heart of a superb park with a tennis court, direct access to the beach and the hiking trail.
On the 3rd floor with elevator, this 65 m² apartment is composed as follows:
- A beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge, living room opening onto a north-facing balcony equipped with a table for 4.
- A hallway with cupboards and storage space leads to 2 double bedrooms (160x200 beds), each with a sea-view balcony equipped with deckchairs, a small table and folding chairs.
- Separate shower room,
- A separate toilet with shower and washbasin.
The 4-hectare park is shared with the other apartments. You'll have access to the tennis court, parking spaces in the residence and a private garage. From the park, you have direct access to the GR34, which takes you to Dinard via the Chemin de Ronde (gate with digicode).
Nearby attractions: Dinard and its shops 1.7 km
Le Prieuré beach is 300 m away, Port Breton park 750 m, Dinard thalassotherapy center 3.7 km, golf course 12 km and equestrian center 750 m.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- The nearest shops are 1.5 km away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

This was a clean apartment equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect as you can get to Mont St. Michel, St. Malo and into the center of Dinard easily, Dinan is also an easy drive. Watching the ferries and other boats go back and forth was entertaining. The building was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Heol Lovely apartment, with wonderful views and an excellent private location near the Prieuré beach and walking distance to central Dianard. Very well equipped, and a great welcome. Would thoroughly recommend.

Heol "Surely the best seaside location we have experienced.
🙂 The location over the bay of St Malo is to die for.
The 180° panoramic views from the balcony and both bedrooms are superb with the to and froing of ferries and yachts throughout the day.
The facility offered in the kitchen was more than adequate.
🙁 For some reason, the dishwasher was partly filled with dishes from the previous visitors!
Some instructions on how to operate the television would have been appreciated."

Heol "A very enjoyable and memorable holiday in a fantastic location with a wonderful view.
🙂 Cocoon gave us contact details for the person meeting us on the day. We thought this was an excellent idea and we contacted Florian (our named contact) on the day to coordinate arrival times which worked really well. This made us feel a bit more secure as travelling from the UK. Beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing at all times of the day. Balcony was great for a pre-dinner drink. Plenty of room with 2 showers and very bright and welcoming when we returned from a day out. We also appreciated the delicious local produce supplied.
🙁 We enjoyed every minute in the apartment and could not fault it in any way."
