A great vacation getaway in Florida for you, your family, and friends! Our unit is spacious, comfortable and clean. The balcony offers a truly fantastic view of the intercoastal waterway—a feast for the eyes. You’ll find plenty of relaxing activities in the immediate area, including fishing, cruising, dining, and swimming. And, we’re just short walk away from the beach! There’s a beautiful, heated pool and a dock for fishing. Or if you prefer, just relax by the water and watch the birds, dolphins and manatees.
The condo is located in a pleasantly quiet, peaceful area, with friendly neighbors. This condo is in the end building so it provides even more privacy and more views! This unit is very well maintained & supplied. There is assigned underground parking plus guest parking.
The unit is on the second (top) floor. There is no elevator in the building. There 2.5 flights of stairs to the unit.
For your convenience, there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Free local & long distance phone, extended cable TV, and WiFi are included. This is a non-smoking unit. We require a 7 night minimum stay.
Distance to the beach is 903"/300 yards/275 meters (see Google screenshot in photos)
COVID-19 INFO: ALL THE SURFACES (counters, tables, nightstands, etc) IN THE UNIT ARE DISINFECTED WITH 70% ALCOHOL.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
a) For rental term less than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 30 days prior to rental start day.
b) For rental term more than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 60 days prior to rental start day
Otherwise refund amount will depend on owner’s ability to find another renter for the same period. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We Stayed for 10 days. Everything was great. Lots of beach stuff to use which was so helpful. Pool was great. King bed was super comfortable. We will be back soon.

10 stars! We thourougly enjoyed our stay here. The pictures do not do it justice. It is huge and the cleanest and most quiet place we have ever stayed. Beautiful location with gorgeous water views and wildlife. Fish jumping all the time, saw dolphins and manatees. Just a wonderful place. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture very comfortable and well stocked with anything you may need.

Great stay at Captain’s Cove! This was our third time staying here and the condo is wonderful. Clean, beautiful view, quiet pool, and short walk to the beach. We will be back!

The condo was extremely clean. All necessities were supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed being so close to the beach. Will definitely stay again.
