The Lakeview on Lake Austin by ABOVE Vacation Residences is one-of-a-kind property with clifftop views and lakefront access. One step into this “Alamo-esque” style home brings the expansive Texas sky & lake views directly into your vacation. The professional kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain. Dine indoors or outside with the sunset above the lake as your backdrop. Relax in the beautiful pool or nearby lounge chairs. A short walk down the paved trail leads to a private dock with an upper deck lounge area, swim ladder, hammock & large, grassy lawn. Stop on the trail at the viewpoint landing for a private picnic. Regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
