About this house rental
Welcome to the Elite Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This gorgeous Lake Austin home is where your family will enjoy the pool/spa with lakefront views, a lake “beach,” sand volleyball court, sport court with basketball and pickleball, outdoor grill with dining area, and outdoor living with fireplace and TV. Inside- a Home Theater and Game Room stocked with pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, arcade games and more! Just 15 miles from the heart of downtown. With high-speed wifi, this home is perfect for remote school/work. This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 17 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Two garage spots available upon request with TESLA charger.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.
Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.
No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.

We rented this home to celebrate my daughter and her best friend’s 30th birthdays, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything an active family or group could want. From paddle boards and pickleball to ping pong, air hockey, and more, there was no shortage of ways to stay entertained.The location is unbeatable—right on the water with gorgeous views all day long. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee by the water, walking through the neighborhood, or watching the Ryder Cup from the pool, the setting was simply incredible.Our group of 13 had more than enough room to spread out. Each bedroom had its own vanity, which made it easy to have a little privacy, and the beds were very comfortable. Even with such a large group, we never once felt crowded.This home is truly Elite. Fun was had by all, and it made for a celebration we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for groups looking for space, comfort, and endless activities in a stunning waterfront setting!

Great location for a lake weekend getaway. Concierge was great coordinating food and massages. Plenty of options for boats to pick you up off your dock for sightseeing, wake boarding etc.

We recently had the opportunity to stay in this gorgeous home. The house is even better than the pictures. The house is situated in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view of Lake Austin. You are assigned a house manager who meets you at your arrival and makes sure your stay goes smoothly. They are available 24/7 with anything you need. The house is very spacious with everything you could want. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding and linens are luxurious and very comfortable. The kitchen has two islands and is big enough for a large family. The game room has anything you could want! They also have a game closet with board games and toys for kids. The backyard is huge....you can’t tell that from the pictures. There is plenty of fun for the whole family outside. From the sand volleyball to the sports court, there is something for everyone to do. They have pool toys and every ball you could want for the sports court. There are kayaks and paddle boards, including life jackets also. The house was very clean upon arrival and the decor is beautiful. We rented a boat one day that picked us up right at the boat dock in the backyard. The sandy beach was a big hit with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. We will be back❤️
