It includes private access to members-only Dogwood Lake (offsite, 5 min drive).
DISCLAIMER: This is a studio apartment within a larger home with secure and private access for guests. It includes use of the ground floor as well as an outdoor yard with a firepit and bbq. It does not include or give access to the adjacent 3 BDR home or wrap-around deck.
