Lovingly decorated with beachy blue and florals, the living room in this home features a cozy seating area centered around an enormous flatscreen TV and faux fireplace. With an entire wall of windows and glass sliders, it’s light and bright with stunning Gulf views throughout the entire open space.
Looking out over the living and dining areas and beyond to the Gulf is the fully-stocked kitchen. You’ll love the dark wood cabinetry, light granite countertops, luxury tile flooring, and gleaming stainless steel appliances. Cushioned bar seating at the breakfast bar is a favorite spot for a snack or keeping the chef company. There’s also a large wet bar with an ice maker and additional storage and counter space, as well as a gorgeous wood dining table, where you can gather for dinner and games with Gulf views.
With two spacious bedrooms, this home sleeps eight with a perfect setup for families. After a busy day, the serene primary suite is calling your name, with luxurious bedding, a flatscreen TV, and a large ensuite bathroom. The guest suite has two queen beds, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a tub, so it’s ideal for kids. There’s also a sleeper sofa, an additional bathroom, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Outside is the best part. Your private balcony features a dining table, lounge seating, and miles of Gulf views. You can even see the lazy river and water slide from your balcony, so you can keep an eye on the family while having some relaxing time to yourself. Then when you’re ready, head down below to join all the fun at Phoenix Orange Beach II.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The check in process was chaotic. I went to 4 different Phoenix locations before I found the right one. Also, they didn’t text me the check in instructions until the last minute, so I was concerned that they weren’t going to send them to me. Also, they have a coffee pot but no coffee filters. There was no laundry detergent either. For the price, I would expect it to have more needed supplies instead me having to go out and buy everything. Otherwise, Beautiful condo and beautiful view!!
