This work will occur daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. HST, and there will be construction noise, including noise from demolition, operating machinery, and carpentry. There may be intermittent impacts to resort amenities during the project.
** While we look forward to welcoming you, please be aware that the Hawaii Electric Company has notified us of periodic power outages that may impact our resort from time to time. These outages are part of the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) strategy that is being implemented across the island to proactively shut off power to help prevent wildfires when certain conditions exist. The Hawaii Electric Company expects these precautions to remain in place on the Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii Islands for the foreseeable future. As noted, these outages could occur at any time and may last for up to one to three days.

This is a nice Marriott property. It is a little dated, but the service and location make up for it. The beach is fantastic and the pools are nice. Excellent for families, lots of small children as with all MVC resorts. Note, there is not a stove in the kitchenette as with most MVCs. Only a microwave, refrigerator and sink. However, there are lots of grills outside for cooking on, so plan accordingly.

The property has so much to offer that a family could be comfortable and entertained by staying on property the whole time. But the bonus is Whalers Village within walking distance. Amazing beaches in front of resort, to the left and right. Golf course across the street. Only 15 minutes up to Kapalua and 30 minutes to ocean center, for boating or other ocean excursions. Room was better than described. Spacious, clean, tons of balcony and just enough amenities to make you feel like you are home. Hope to return soon, the best!
