Orchard House at Broadwell Manor is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday apartment which sleeps two guests, in one well-appointed bedroom, with one shower room. This stylish top floor apartment features a light and airy open plan kitchen/dining room, a cosy sitting room and a roof terrace with outdoor seating and fabulous countryside views. There is also a small orchard and patio area at ground level which guests are welcome to enjoy. Orchard House is positioned within the stunning grounds of Broadwell Manor, a quintessential Grade II* listed Georgian country house.
Orchard House at Broadwell Manor can be booked either on its own, or with The Old Stables at Broadwell Manor which sleeps four guests. Located in the same estate grounds, the two together offer an ideal setup for two families, or for friends travelling together.

This one bedroom holiday apartment in Broadwell is perfectly suited for those looking to explore the local countryside and eateries. This single storey accommodation is accessed via an elevated gravel slope and is laid out as follows:

The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

We had a wonderful stay at Orchard House at Broadwell Manor. A perfect blend of modern (the interior) and historic (the exterior). A cozy and spacious living room, a practical kitchen, a gorgeous shower and a very comfy bed. And the area ... well, it's the Cotswolds. Lovely!

This is in a beautiful location and very beautifully decorated. Lovely walks . Blissfully quiet and private.lovely area to sit. A real gem of a find. Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. It’s next to a church and whole area is so pretty.
The fox was an excellent pub a stroll away , lovely food .
Minutes from Stow on the wold by car but also easy to walk there. Lovely shops and eateries.
Few little improvements to suggest. A welcome pack after a long journey would be appreciated .We often stay in cotswolds and received local products for a snack on arrival and breakfast items for morning, which is a wonderful touch and hugely appreciated. Milk and water was basic and disappointing especially at Easter. It sounds fussy but truly makes you feel the host has thought of little touches to make the stay perfect.
5 pm check in is later than we’ve ever experienced.
Better signposting needed as couldn’t find the gate ended up using the main manor driveway the whole stay ( found it on last day ) we used waze and what three words ! Alluded us. Turn right on to road by church it’s literally just past on left not signposted.
I would recommend this very modern apartment and beautiful location. We will return it’s a hidden gem.
Communication was excellent through Cotswold stay.

This is a perfect property for a couple wanting peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The apartment was warm and bright, simply furnished with quality items. We really enjoyed the selection of books and a great TV for nights in with a good film. Would have liked a bit more crockery and cutlery so that not always washing up. Such good value for 4 nights would recommend highly.

Beautiful home, perfect for relaxing in comfort with lots of nice touches. Pretty village and a scenic walk into Stow.
