Access to trail head of Floyd Tower motorcycle trails. Hundreds of miles of national forest roads and trails that are accessible from this property. 1000's of acres at the foothill to the Mark Twain National Forest. The Ozark Mountain forest essentially starts here at the Lazy L Ranch. Escape the stress of the city by enjoying incredible views of the forest in the Ozark mountains. Come to unwind with a large bonfire , ride ATV's and Jeeps and reconnect with loved ones in a natural setting, away from the stress and noise of the big city.

We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again.

Our second stay at this property and we had more fun than last time! Very quiet and relaxing as well. Home is clean and stocked, plenty of room. Communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed exploring the trails and playing the many games available. We will be back again for sure!

Great, quite, of the beaten path spot.
Cozy and clean with all the modern appliances!
Excellent outside areas. Fire pits, nice porch with rocking chairs.
Great communication with manager/owner.
Absolutely would go back next time we are in the area.

Our second stay at this house, that should speak for itself. This is a quiet area and the house offers a great place to stay in a rural area yet close to a small town. Owner is helpful with great communication.
