The apartment is part of a private residence and is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday without giving up the pleasure of San Teodoro nightlife with its characteristic market in the square and the various restaurants in the open, aperitifs or after dinner, discos.
The apartment has been completely renovated in the interior in a modern style in April 2014 to offer its guests a warm and welcoming environment equipped with many comforts (TV, microwave oven, gas oven replaced in summer 2016, hairdryer). In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets and a professional wifi network has been installed to offer an excellent internet connection in the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor and has its own terrace for eating outside. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds (not bunk beds), bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with a two-seater sofa bed: it can therefore comfortably accommodate four to 6 people.
The apartment also has a large table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside in the tranquility of the context or simply to relax away from the nightlife of San Teodoro.
In San Teodoro you will find a Mediterranean climate, wonderful beaches of fine white sand, important tourist services, various sports activities, excursions to be able to discover all the beauties of this land rich in traditions and a great sense of hospitality.

We had a very great holiday at Sardegna Dream in June 2017. We enjoyed to stay here for the second time (App No 5), so we had sun from the early morning till late evening :-)
Everything went very well, from the arrival at Sardegna Dream in the evening (the local contact came very fast and showed the appartement), the two weeks with very nice weather and our leave Thursday noon. We spent a very nice time at Sardegna!
We had a small incident when the refrigerator broke down. But it took not more than one hour until the new fridge arrived and everything has been fine. Perfect!

This property with its large terrace, beautiful open plan living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom was so prefect for us, we wanted a view but still have a short walk to the main beaches and hub of everything. The pull down insect nets changed my holiday, last year I was bitten 38 times! This time, just twice! Sandra that rented us the apartment was so helpful and kind. She kept up the contact from the moment I asked if we could rent, to the end of getting the deposit back. I even asked for another sun lounger when we got there, and when I woke up the next morning a bran new one had been delivered! She sent me so much advice and really was the perfect agent. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a holiday home for a few weeks selects this, it was ideal, thank you Sandra xx

The apartment is really lovely and Sandra is the most incredibly helpful host, absolutely nothing is too much trouble and she goes well out of her way to help in anyway she can. The grounds are so pretty and it feels really peaceful and private, the beach and San teodoro town are in walking distance and loads of fun! We had such a lovely stay and our 18 month old was so well looked after and just loved it! Definitely recommend!

The flat is very well located close to the center of San Teodoro, supermarkets and nice beaches. It is very clean and have a nice garden. It was quiet and the kids were very happy. Would have been even better if the person who receive us would have speak english..but we manage well to communicate. In general,all nice.
