We stayed here for a week at Christmas. The house is nice. It's a bit on the older side, but it was well stocked. There were a few things that were a bit annoying. The hot tub was pretty finnicky. It worked most of the time. There were times we turned it on and it just never got hot. We would wait and try it again later and then it would work. The blower that makes the bubbles worked only a few times. We would turn it on and it would work for 5-10 minutes and then would quit and wouldn't work the rest of the day, but the next day it would work, maybe. Messaged the property manager but they never responded. Would have at least been nice to have it acknowledged. The beach chairs and wagons are old and rusty and really could be replaced, but they are there so that is something. The location is pretty good. It's a pretty quick walk to the beach, however being on that part of the island, there is really nothing nearby, so if you are hoping to walk to restaraunts, ect, that's a no go. We rented a golf cart for the week, so wasn't a big deal to get places. FYI, this has nothing to do with the house, but beware of the parking or driving anywhere in AMI. The police will site you for even the smallest of things. We pulled up to a beach access, doubled checked it was okay to park, and went for a quick 15 minute walk on the beach, and came back to a $50 ticket for parking the wrong direction. I heard endless stories of people getting tickets for all sorts, so beware!

Awesome house… everything you need and more! The updates were great! Love the pool and outdoor area! We had a fantastic week!
One suggestion would be to update some beach chairs and umbrellas… and beach cart. For our family size there was only one beach cart… the other one had rubber piece falling off the wheel. Only one beach umbrella that worked. It would also be great to have a cooler with wheels to bring water and cold items to the beach!

The island itself is amazing. The house has a garage with beach and pool stuff. We had some minor issues that were more disappointing but didn’t affect our trip too much. The dryer they had was old and needed replaced. It’s loud and they had to remove the dryer vent hose because it was clogged so it caused them master bedroom to be hot. Master bath was missing a sink faucet. I was told it was on order when I brought it up. Pool lights didn’t work at night. The hot tub is the main reason for renting this property but on arrival we quickly realized how small the hot tub was. One plus size person could relax. No more than two people though. Mosquitoes were also an issue.
For the amount that I paid for the week, it just didn’t seem worth it after all the minor issues we had.
We enjoyed the island and the house was comfortable for the most part.
