From here you can walk to EVERYTHING in downtown Folly including coffee shops, surf shops, Bert's Market, and local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy or Rita's! Only two blocks to the beach, close to the newly renovated Folly Beach Pier.

Great location in Folly. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

The home was beautiful and it met our family’s needs. Close to the beach and restaurants. The only downside was the floors didn’t seem to be clean.

Was very nice to walk to the local park, beach, restaurants, shops and more. We had a great time and the property was outstanding.

Do not believe this property ranks as luxury at all. We had many issues, but the most disappointing was we booked this place because of the heated pool, and it was not working when we arrived. The pool people we able to fix it the afternoon before we left, so we missed two days of the pool which was the very reason we booked this place. The place has the potential to be a very cute place but it definitely needs some deep cleaning and someone to check before tenants arrive to make sure things are working. I thought when you rented from VRBO you were corresponding with a family who owned the property not an organization. This was not the case.
