This was a darling place for 1-2 people. You could definitely do 3, but I think 1-2 would be most comfortable. It's clean. I enjoyed the location on the 1st floor because it was much quicker than waiting for the elevator like many residence did. It's nicely updated and has plenty of places to unpack and feel like all your items have a home. The host provides beach/pool towels and nice towels for the bathroom. There's a nice sitting area. I loved how convenient it was to walk to the beach & pool. On that note though the beach was so crazy crowded. If you don't pay to rent their chairs you are stuck in the way back unless you break the beach rules and sit front row like many people do. It was comical to me that there were so many chairs and umbrellas in the designated area you can sit that you couldn't even see the water. I really think it's just the busy summer. Maybe in off season when it's still warm it's not as crowded on the beach. Also, I found if I waited until 3:00 so many people had left for the day and I could sit much closer.This has nothing to do with the property, but wanted to mention it. The rental company and my host during my stay were very attentive. I needed hangers and noticed there was no blow dryer and within 2 hours both were delivered and were brand new. I would definitely stay here again. Great location to the beach, Baytowne shopping/restaurants, parking my car was easy, and I loved how easy it was to drive anywhere I wanted to explore such a 30-A.
