We had an awesome time at the Luau towers in Sandestin. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful!! They helped us add another night and early check in. Communication with them was a breeze! They were readily available through text and calling. The pool was very nice and everything was so clean! I LOVED the check in and out process…all through email and text. We didn’t have to check in at a desk at all…all digital and easy. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

This was a very nice unit - perfect for my husband and I, and our 2 small children. My only note is that the unit advertises a sofa bed, but does not actually have enough linens for the sofa bed (no extra pillow cases in the unit) -- not a huge deal, just thought that it was odd.

We were really looking forward to a peaceful getaway, but unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by unexpected construction on the property—something we weren’t informed about before our arrival. The constant noise and presence of workers made it difficult to relax or enjoy the outdoor space.What made the situation even more frustrating was how the host handled it. When I reached out to express my concerns, the response came off as dismissive and didn’t seem to genuinely address the issue. A simple heads-up beforehand or even offering a discount would’ve shown some thoughtfulness. At the very least, a more considerate response when the issue was raised would have helped. Eventually, we were offered a small discount, but it didn’t quite make up for the experience.The property itself matched the description, and under better circumstances, it likely would have been an enjoyable stay. However, clear communication and transparency are essential—and in this case, both were lacking. I’d recommend confirming with the host about any ongoing construction before booking
