Terraced house located in the central area of Costa Rei in a very quiet condominium just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 300 meters from the commercial area with restaurants, pizzerias, markets and various shops.
Composed of a double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, living room with modern kitchenette, sofa bed with pull-out bed, 32-inch satellite TV, split for air conditioning that air-conditioning the entire house; A French door allows access to the back of the house with a small courtyard, barbecue, cylinder compartment, external shower with hot and cold water.
