L'accueil de GianFabio avec ses petites attentions d'arrivée et de départ !
Le logement était très propre, literie confortable, cuisine très bien équipée (avec de vrais verres à vin !)
Bien situé pour les plages avoisinantes et les commerces et restaurants.
L'atmosphère environnante. Station balneaire et plutôt bruyant le soir. Logement les uns sur les autres.

Very friendly, non- problematic, and helpful owner, who also speaks English and French. You can lean a lot about the shops, cafés and local attractions from him.
There is a gas cooker in the kitchen and all the stuff you need to prepare meals for a family. There are two wardrobes and bedside cupboards to store things.
The cooling or heating through an effective air -conditioner. Beds are comfortable and the bed covers sheets are clean and looked like new. Lots of towels provided as well. There are altogether two double beds and the additional sleeping space on the sofa in the living room.
There was some typical food for breakfast in the kitchen cabinets. The owner says it's his standard practice.
There is view of the sea from the living room. It's close to the sea and there are a couple of paths to the beach.
We parked the car in front of the house.

It is a bit old holiday house, but it is on very good location! You do not need your car for the entire stay. It is easy to park on the street. 2 minutes walking away are bakery, supermarket, farmacy, restaurant, caffe, ... 7 minutes is to the beach, where are also 2 bars/restaurants. It is amazing beach, in mid July it was not too crowded.
In the house was umbrella for the beach, a lot of bottels of water, paper towels, towels for the beach, coffe, food for breakfast for more days, coffe, tee, fully equiped kitchen, normal sized washing mashine. The ugly curtain in the shower I was reading about here is replaced with "doors" and it looks nice now.
Even if the property needs some renovation it makes you feel somebody thought about what to do to make your stay confortable.
According to the comments I was very positive surprised, because I expected to find the house in worse condition.
We would definately come back here!
We had problems with toilet at the beginning - just once in 8 days, but there is equipment to deal with it in the kitchen, so we do not need the help of the owner.
Still ... we would definately like to come back!

The host has been a big support. You will find apartment equiped with food for breakfast, a lot of fresh water. We came without car and the host offered to drive us to our next stay (a couple km away). He is a pure blessing. Fabio tnx for your help on our issue. Keep on the good work!
