Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly, air conditioned home; perfect for accommodating up to 10 guests in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood! This home offers ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay, with comfortable accommodations and amenities designed with families in mind. It is only a 10-minute walk to the park. You can also walk to The Oakmont restaurant and Continental Country Club for a meal with a view or a round of golf. If walking there is not of interest to you, it is a short 5-minute drive. Enjoy the wildlife (mostly deer) that will stroll through the backyard at any given time. Short, 10 minute drive to downtown and NAU and a beautiful 20 minute drive to Snowbowl. Endless hiking and mountain bike trails.

All the stars for this rental! We loved the location for the activities that we came to do. The kitchen is very well stocked and having 2 living spaces was great for our family to spread out when we returned from our day trip. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The host was super easy to deal with and the house was perfect for our trip to the mountains. The house is clean and there is enough dishes and utensils for our friends and family.
