* No parking is allowed on the street per HOA rules. Two vehicles can fit in the garage and two fit in the driveway.

Located on a quiet cul de sac. Open, bright, modern home with all amenities, even garage access. There were only two of us so we can only speak of one bed, a very very comfortable bed in the primary bedroom. We slept like babies.All appliances worked well. The AC was great because it was renter controlled (vs smart) and we needed it for a few hours a couple of times. The yard is huge and great for kids and dogs but does need some fence mending for security. You can hike right out the back gate, a huge bonus for check in and checkout days since time is limited. The decks, furniture and games were plentiful and enjoyable.Plenty of plugs everywhere for chargers and a nice designated computer space upstairs and good internet. We had great cell coverage with Verizon as well. There is a park close by and access to town for shopping and dining is very close.This place was absolutely perfect for us and our dogs.One complaint would be that many windows did not function, many of the open/close mechanisms were broke, there were no screens, or both, so letting in the fresh cool pine air was not easy. We were also taken back a bit by the lack of any cleaning supplies which we have never experienced before at any HomeAway or VRBO rental before. Overall, this is a great place to stay. It's a great location, a beautiful home with lots of room, close to town, hiking and as a big bonus, it has a huge yard and they allows pets.

The house has great potential but is clearly a rental only and no one ever lives there because basic maintenance is not being done. Nearly all the windows, drawers, and blinds have some issue. A couple of broken floor boards, loose faucets, and a dishwashwasher that keeps falling forward. Many lights dont work or flicker. I gave an extensive list to the owners when we left. In the end I paid over 600 a night, way too much for a home in such disrepair. They need to reinvest their substantial profits into a LOT of upkeep to garner such a high price.
