This charming, air-conditioned and fully equipped studio is located in the pine forest of Palombaggia, 700m from the beach.
You will walk to the most beautiful sandy beach in the south of Corsica.
Surrounded by centuries-old pine trees, it is part of a small set of 3 independent studios and 2 larger villas.
Located on a 1ha plot of land, you will be able to observe peace and tranquility throughout your stay.
Porto Vecchio is 10km away, with its hypermarkets, shops, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants...

Our 27m² single-storey studio is fully equipped for a carefree holiday: electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and washing machine. The rental includes 1 bed 140 for 2 people. You can enjoy an individual terrace with electric barbecue and garden furniture or watch your favourite programmes on the 80cm television (connected and satellite).
A fitted cupboard allows you to store your belongings.
The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet.
The studio is air-conditioned.
The rental is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this studio. It's very clean and well furnished.
The studio is a small house and is part of a small complex (3x studios houses + 2x 2 bedrooms houses). Everything belongs to the same owner.
Each studio is isolated from the others so you can get your own privacy, even for a sunbath in the garden ☀️.
You are 15 mins (max) by car from Porto-Vecchio, and you're 10mins walk from Palombaggia beach... You cannot be closer from the sea!!!
We went to the beach everyday, sat on one of the "transat" of "Chez Pierre" beach restaurant and enjoyed our days there 😎.
The owner is very friendly and is happy to help you or answer any question you may have.
I really recommend this studio and will come back when I get the time.
