About this apartment rental
Mini-villa type T1.
Located in a peaceful setting, in the countryside, independent mini-villa of 24m2, located on the first floor that can accommodate 2 people.
It is arranged as follows:
- a living room with a double sofa bed (140x190), TV.
- Equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, electric coffee maker.
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
. Each villa is equipped with air conditioning, terrace and forest table and an individual swimming pool (2.5x4).
It also has a garden and private parking.
The villas are located in the village of Bocca Del Oru located between the beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia.
From June to September, the rate announced is that of the night calculated on the basis of a reservation from Saturday to Saturday (preferential rate).
For other requests, the rate may be modified.
A deposit will be required on arrival (returned at the end of the stay), as well as a tourist tax.
Options:
-Bed linen rental: 25€
-Bath towel rental 25€
-Final cleaning 60€
The villas must be left clean (in the initial condition).
They must be released on Saturday morning before 10:00 a.m.
Arrivals are on Saturday afternoons from 5pm.

Pretty new small bungalow in a quiet location but still relatively close to the beach.
Very clean and very well equipped. As described in the photos.
Extremely nice owner, everything worked out wonderfully.
