Our 27m² studio is fully equipped for a carefree holiday: electric hotplates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and washing machine.
The rental includes 1 bed 140 for 2 people. You can take advantage of the individual terrace with electric barbecue and garden furniture or watch your favorite programs on the 80cm television (TNT by satellite). A fitted cupboard allows you to store your belongings.

The bathroom includes a shower and W.C.
The studio is air conditioned.
The rental is non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.

The villas right next to Palombaggia were perfectly described and met all our needs. Thierry was a fantastic, kind, and very responsive host who answered questions about the surrounding areas and also provided anything we needed. The space was functional and very clean. Finally, the location was absolutely perfect for anyone interested in the beach. It is, as advertised, just a short walk to the beach and made it very easy to come back each day for lunch or enjoy the sunset without worrying about a long drive ahead. Would return to this spot in a heartbeat.

Des les premiers échanges, Thierry a été prévenant et a su nous trouver des solutions.
Le gîte est à seulement 10 mins à pied de la plage de Palombaggia et rien que pour ça je le recommande.
Pendant tous le séjour, nous avons eu droit au sourire et aux bons conseils de Thierry qui est à l’écoute des occupants.

We stayed in this clean and practical studio near the most beautiful beaches in Palombaggia in July 2016. We have had a bad experience before with rental accommodation abroad and were reluctant to get our hopes up to much. We flew from the UK to Bastia airport and drove down to the rental studio. The owner, throughout the booking process was excellent and very helpful, he is very prompt at responding and provided a map to help us find the location. It was a beautiful scenic route down to the studio and worth driving for the first time abroad. After a 2.5 hr drive we reached the rental studio and were made to feel welcome by the owner who was there to meet us on arrival. He had prepared the studio and turned the fridge/freezer on placed ice cube and a bottle of water ready for us. The rental site is pristine, considerately maintained and very welcoming. The space in our studio was perfect for a couple, it was very clean with a good sized bathroom/kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was much needed in the hot weather that we fortunately had during our 7-day stay. There is a larger studio available for larger groups or families. The good sized, and not over looked terrace/patio was great when we wanted to enjoy breakfast outside or just relax in the sunshine on the sunbeds provided. We were impressed so far by the accommodation and were pleasantly surprised when we found the beach a mere 10-minute walk from the studio.The beaches nearby are spectacular and great to explore. The water is very clear and great fun on a hot day! There are multiple bars/restaurants along the beaches that remain open till late at night so are ideal if you want to make the most of your time day or night. We wanted a peaceful and relaxing break from our busy life back home and therefore, we surprisingly found this to be exactly what we wanted and more. We would highly recommend this place if your looking for a relaxing retreat!Sean & Vanita Hampshire, UK. Visited in July 2016.
